PROGRAMMES

Gazprom Corporate Institute delivers a wide range of continuing professional development programmes, with the aim of building and improving employees’ competences in accordance with approved syllabuses and training schedules.

The duration of continuing professional development programmes varies between 16 and 80 hours.

Professional development programmes , which allow employees to obtain an entirely new professional competence in a specific field, are based on a minimum of 250 hours.

The Institute also runs executive programmes for Gazprom’s top managers, e.g. Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chief Project Engineer School, Professional Occupational Safety Management, Digital Transformation Management, as well as specialist programmes for particular categories of personnel, such as Gazprom’s Talent Pool School, Gazprom Group’s Manager, Gazprom’s Young Professionals School and others.

On successful completion of training sessions based on a minimum of 16 hours, participants are awarded corporate CPD certificates.
