Under agreements between Gazprom PJSC and partner companies, Gazprom Corporate Institute is actively involved in international HR development cooperation. Annually, the Institute delivers training and best practices exchange programmes for colleagues from Uniper SE (Germany), ENGIE S.A. (formerly known as GDF SUEZ, France), Petrovietnam (Vietnam), which include onsite tours of Gazprom’s production facilities in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, Urals and Southern Federal Districts. Within the cooperation programme between Gazprom and CNPC (China) the Corporate Institute developed a unique corporate knowledge sharing programme for the Chinese oil and gas professionals.
Several multi-modular professional development programmes for Gazprom’s employees include internships at international partner companies – Wintershall Dea GmbH (Germany), Uniper SE (Germany), ENGIE S.A. (France), UNIPER SE (Германия), CNPC (China).
In the recent years, there has also been a lot of progress in cooperation with the Energy Delta Institute (the Netherlands), DNV GL (Norway), Linde AG (Germany), YPFB (Bolivia), Uzbekneftegaz (Uzbekistan). Knowledge sharing and best practice exchange programmes are designed in close-knit collaboration with Gazprom Group’s key production subsidiaries and affiliates, which cater for gas production, transmission, processing, storage and distribution. Some programmes are arranged jointly in association with Russia’s leading education institutions and research centres. In the course of the programme delivery, Gazprom Corporate Institute takes every effort to ensure that the participants benefit from a highly relevant content and have plenty of memorable insights in Gazprom’s activities and the local culture.
