Gazprom Corporate Institute is a leading educational institution of Gazprom’s system of Continuing Professional Development (CPD), which caters for the training and development of the company’s personnel. A multilevel system of corporate training includes all categories of employees from young professionals to members of the managerial talent pool. Gazprom Corporate Institute prides itself on a wide range of training programmes, commitment to high standards of delivering the quality learning output and world-class technical and IT facilities.

Our mission is to build and develop corporate competencies required for the effective implementation of Gazprom Group’s strategy and key projects.

Since its inception in 1995, Gazprom Corporate Institute has delivered over 4,500 training programmes to more than 60,000 Gazprom’s employees. Annually, more than 10,000 members of the company’s staff are enrolled in economics and management studies, programmes in IT, accounting, finance, law, occupational safety, corporate language learning and other CPDactivities.

The list of the institute’s alumni includes members of Gazprom’s Management Committee, directors general of subsidiaries and affiliates and their deputies, heads of departments and divisions, top-managers. Their creativity and leadership are key contributors to the company’s overall success.

The Institute collaborates with international energy companies and arranges specialist seminars and best-practice exchanges for foreign partners. This provides for corporate knowledge transfer between colleagues and strengthens Gazprom’s positions in the global energy arena.

In addition to its main educational activities, Gazprom Corporate Institute is actively involved in promoting innovation in HR management; development of the CPD’s regulatory framework; methodological research.
