GAZPROM CORPORATE INSTITUTE AND ITS BRANCHES
Gazprom Corporate Institute (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Institute’) is one of the leading educational institutions of Gazprom’s system of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). The Institute aims at implementing uniform learning and development principles and methodologies on all personnel management levels. Over the recent 25 years in service, it has become the main factory of talents for the entire oil and gas industry and for the Company in particular. The Institute works in close collaboration with other members of Gazprom Group as well as with its international arms in order to ensure that the employees’ skills and competences are in line with corporate requirements and modern educational standards.

The Institute has been continuously expanding its regional network since its inception in 1995, when its first historic base was established in Moscow. Two more branches in Moscow Region and St Petersburg were added afterwards, the latter being eventually transformed into the Institute’s central base in 2018 as a result of Gazprom’s head office relocation from Moscow to the Northern Capital of Russia.
All of the Institute’s three branches are currently active and contribute massively to the implementation of Gazprom’s T&D strategy by designing and delivering specialist training programmes on-site and on-line.
